Our standard rental price includes Free Local Delivery, Set Up, removal and 50' of extension cord. Areas outside a 15 mile radius from our warehouse in Rock Tavern NY will incur additional Delivery Charges. Our prices do not include sales tax.
YES! All of our units are stamped with a safety rule bulletin. Everyone utilizing the Bounce House must follow all rules and warnings during use. For more information, see the Rental Procedure, Safety and rules page.
A&T's House of bounce provides all of the equipment needed to operate your Bouncer. We provide Tarps, Blower, stakes, 50"' 12/3 extension cord & 50'hose (used for water units).
All our units are secured to the ground with strong heavy duty stakes to insure a safe environment for your children.
We Make it Fast and Easy to plan the perfect outdoor event. Our freshly cleaned and disinfected party rental equipment is available is available for an All Day Party Rental package.

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play. Depending on how many rentals we have that day, we generally arrive 1-3 hours before the selected start time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be there. A&T's House of Bounce works around your event and schedule. If there are special circumstances that will require alternative delivery scheduling, please call our office to discuss the details.
No. The The Inflatable and other party rental items will arrive to your site completely cleaned and disinfected. A&T's House of Bounce cleans, disinfects and sanitizes all of our equipment after every rental. Upon set up, an additional inspection is also performed by a trained installer to ensure the bounce house is properly set up, clean, sanitized and in working order. The Safety of your guests and our reputation for excellence is of the utmost importance.
Two things: fun and your children. THAT'S IT! For obvious reasons... nothing sharp, no shoes, no food, candy, toys etc. Absolutely no silly string allowed in the unit! These units are very expensive and can be damaged by any unauthorized items while your kids are jumping. Our crew will inspect and clean the units if needed before and after your event, though we do ask that you inspect the inside of the unit prior to dropping it for pick up. We ask that you remove any excessive debris or any items left inside prior to turning off the blower.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50' of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Cash or credit card payments. Please be sure to have the exact amount that is due on your rental agreement because drivers do not carry funds for change. Bouncers will not be fully assembled until payment is made to drivers. We only accept business, church or school checks
Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you will be given a rain check that is good for up to 1 year. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for any reason including safety during bad weather. If we cancel your event for inclemate weather the day of your party, we will refund any mohey we have received.
We set up the inflatable on flat surfaces (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 20 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to check the appropriate box so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable. We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. Please do not cut your lawn on delivery day. The cut grass clippings and the green sap that is left on the surface of your lawn can possibly stain our equipment. We do tarp but it is impossible to control freshly cut grass from getting all over our equipment. It is always best to have your lawn a little long during an event, allowing it to recover quicker from the constant traffic at the exit and entrances of the bounce house. Cutting your lawn after the bouncer is delivered and set up is prohibited for obvious reasons.
Most of our standard jumps are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Our large slides are more than 75 ' long. The measurements are listed for each unit in the product info page. Please note the space required for each jump is much larger. Add a minimum 5 feet all around the unit to allow for stakes, blowers and access to the unit. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Keep in mind the units can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office at (845) 787-0515 to discuss options for setup.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
For an added level of security, you can purchase a damage waiver for an additional 10% charge. This covers Accidental Damage that may happen during your event. Things such as a fallen branch or accidental damage from one of your guests, ie Little johny crashes his bike into the unit.
